Payment is due by Monday, May 6 at 1PM.

Pickup is by appointment only and must be completed by Wednesday, May 8 at 2:30PM.
Buyer's are responsible to bring proper help, tools and equipment to remove purchases, no additional help will be available.

There is a 10% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment is in Guaranteed Funds Only.
