An appointment must be made during business hours (M-F 9-4) to have the unit unlocked as there is no onsite office. Please bring proper help, tools and transportation. All items sold as-is. Buyer must provide $100 cash per container to the storage location at the time of pickup. In the event that the unit(s) have been completely cleaned out by 3PM Monday, August 19, the deposit(s) will be refunded. An appointment must be made for inspection of the unit during business hours (M-F 9-4) for the deposit to be refunded in cash, otherwise the refund will be mailed.
