Gothic style mahogany sideboard, on carved and fluted legs, with carved panels and doors. Circa 1890-1900, It is hand made and has adjustable shelves. There are 2 hand dovetailed drawers inside that are missing their backs. Some trim pieces are missing. The doors lock, the key is there as are the escutcheons, but one is not mounted. It measures approximately 60"x17"x48.5"T.

Antique Queen Anne Buffet Sideboard figured mahogany with serpentine front, mahogany drawer interiors, original brass, spoon feet, carved and beaded legs , custom cut 1/4" glass top, ca.1890-1910. Antique Queen Anne Dining Table and 6 chairs that match the sideboard in lot 6 above. The extension table has 2- 11" leaves, 88"x48"x30.5"T, fully extended. It has 2 center legs for support and some whitish and other marks on the top. One leaf is delaminating on bottom, needs to be glued. There are 5 side chairs and 1 arm chair, all covered in blue damask fabric, they have a few spots on fabric. The chairs need some re-gluing. The table and chairs all have the same carving and beading as the sideboard. breakfast room.

Beers was a surveyor and his maps were very accurate, even depicting homeowners and business owners names and locations. The frame is 23"x27". Limited edition 82/100 print by Robert Sargent, 9"x23", unframed, pencil signed and numbered by artist. 2 botanical prints, 1-"Peaches of New York" dated 1917 on back. dining room.

6 antique furniture items including: Pair of antique 18th- early 19thC pierced carved, splat back mahogany side chairs, an inlaid marquetry round side table, a mid 19thC French Parquetry table with bronze ormolu, a gilded wood and gesso carved Victorian mirror, and an easel back gilded wooden magazine rack. The chairs are pegged with mortise & tenon construction and look 18thC. They have had many repairs and one is loose. The inlaid table is late 19thC , has a few small veneer chips and is missing the drawer knob and measures 21.5" in diameter and 30"T. The chairs measure 18"T to seats, 36.5" to top of backs. The Parquetry table is missing one foot mount, has 1 shelf, a leather covered pull out, hand dovetailed drawer, and has some chips- 29"T, the gilded, carved mirror is 38"x34" and in excellent condition. The magazine rack has a piece of trim to reglue on tray, otherwise in excellent condition. dining room.
