Wade & Butcher straight razor with super rare select horn handle. I have only seen 6 razors with this "select horn" as a handle material. One of them was the Duke of Marlborough's folding Campaign pocket razor. C-1850's the wedge blade is stamped with advertising. Wonderful piece.

18ThC Morton pressed horn straight razor with raised figures on both sides including a woman on the front top with word Winter and a women on the bottom with "Summer." a floral oval separates the two. On the back is a woman on the top portion with a basket on her head, a few farm tools in the center and a gentleman standing at the bottom. Scales are black horn. C-1800.

Single handled 7-Day set of Straight razors in original leather covered wood box. Green, Pickslay & Appleby, Sheffield. Extremely rare and complete set. Shaped ivory handle and seven blades, each with the days of the week etched on the tops of the blades are fitted in the lower section of the felt lined box. All matching blades are stamped with makers name and are excellent. Brass locking device on the handle is custom made to fit the special shaped tang ends of these 7 razor blades. hairline age crack on pile side of ivory handle at head end.

Straight razor. Robeson Cutlery Co. Rochester, NY. American. Hollow ground blade with notched point having a chip. Rare chased aluminum handle. Aluminum was invented by Charles Martin Hall in 1886 and was considered a precious metal at the time. C-1890.
