One arm chair arrived damaged by furniture company and was replaced, hence 9 chairs-see photo for damage to top of chair. One rush seat shows wear-see photo. Otherwise, like new cond all pcs. Matches hutch is lot #1. Rug is Olivia Beige 7'8”Wx10'10”L (no fringe) muted rose, blue, green colors, 100% polypropylene, plush pile height, static elect resistant and passed flame testing, USA made, very clean.
