Antique French travelling tea service chest in CIRCASSIAN burled walnut and heavy bronze ormolu mounts. Some mounts have been removed and are inside. Chest sits on hand made frame which was added, not original to the piece. The interior is silk lined, lock and key are present and working. This piece came from the Lutens Estate in England. It was touted as 18th Century and had an asking price of $4000 in the 1980's. living room. Dimension 27" x 17" x 20"T.
