One difficult-to-see table scratch and one 1/4" ding (see photos). Adison dining chairs have front turned legs, decorative carved wood trim, sleigh-style backs, scrolled tops & arms and custom black, white & grey striped fabric seats & backs: Eight side chairs, each 22"Wx28"Dx41"H (one has white marks on wood top-see photo) and two arm chairs, each 2'Wx28"Dx41"H. All pieces like new condition and in current E.A. catalog. Table new was approx. $2K, each side chair approx. $500, each arm chair approx. $620, plus costs for custom fabric. Oval black, gold and cherry Chapter One coffee table by Maitland-Smith hand made in Philippines (purchased new for approx. $1,000). Color of sofas appear faded in photo, however actual color is a true dark chocolate brown with no fading and only one minor damaged area to inside left arm (see photo of small round burn hole). Coffee table has minor marks and one white surface mark (see photo). Overall condition all pcs very good. Sofas are very heavy, must bring extra help to safely remove.
