All upholstered pcs in this lot have cond issues: two white chairs have yellow stains near bottom-see photos; taupe chair has stains on seat edge and along bottom; one white chair missing button covers on bottom trim, other chair doesn't appear to have this trim; area rug has been sun faded over the years. Other than stains and fading, structure and cond of pcs is excell. No cond issues noticed w/ lamps or shades.
