With a velvet and satin lined case. Note: These one Handled seven day sets are extremely rare and were produced for a very short period of time, approximately 1820-1840. Further, each locking device is numbered to correspond with the specific shaped tang that fits it. In this case the number is "2" which is on the device and the tangs. You could not lock these blades into the handle of any other similar set. Truly one of a kind in a top handle material - shaped mother of pearl.
