Please bring the necessary labor, tools, blankets, dollies, etc. for you to remove your item. If you cannot safely remove the item without damaging the premises and the premises are available at a later time, you will need to return with the proper assistance and be charged $30 per hour for the additional time. If the premises are not available at a later time you will be charged the cost of removal. So, please do not show up without the proper help.
