There is no dumpster on the property. Facility closes at 10PM. Buyers can rent the rooms after auction if needed. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley. Due to security reasons the storage facility and room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. 

Payment is due by Thursday, October 31 at 1PM.

Pickup must be completed by Sunday, November 3 at 5PM.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 15% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods include cash, MC, Visa, Discover or good check. You can make credit card payment online by going to your Member Area and selecting your invoice.
