Invoices will be sent following seller approval. All lots subject to seller approval.

Payment is due by Tuesday, July 31 at 1PM. Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.  

Pickup is by appointment only and must be completed by Thursday, August 2 at 3PM. Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 10% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased.
