This offering of rare and unusual straight razors comes from the Estate of Kurt Moe of Minnesota. Kurt was an avid collector of straight razors. He was also a personal friend of over forty years. Kurt bought many of these examples from me over the past forty plus years. This is the first session. It contains many unique, one of a kind pieces. His collection is still being unpacked and features straight razors, razor sets, safety razors, barbering items, showcases and more. He and his wife collected other categories of memorabilia including antique toys, banks, tins, soda fountain items and advertising. We will be offering all of these items at auction in upcoming sessions.

Payment is due by Wednesday, June 26 at 1PM.

Pickup in Pleasant Valley, NY must be completed by Wednesday, June 26 at 3PM.

Joseph Rodgers & Sons Cutlers to Their Majesties #6 Norfolk St. Sheffield.  Awesome six carved mother of Pearl paneled handle having fancy German Silver ends and inlaid escutcheon plate. Blade is stamped INDIAN STEEL. C-1830. They were in business from 1670-1970. They made some of the finest straight razors to come out of Sheffield during the 1800's.

Note the "Twins" logo in the center of the handle pattern. This celluloid Handle is quite rare.
