Ethan Allen "Hastings" chocolate velvet sofa pair of with designer oval coffee table. Sofas each 87"Lx38"Dx32"H (to back of sofa) with remov seat & back cushions, nail head trim, elevated ball feet with 2 oversized matching throw pillows each (purchased new approx. $2,500). Oval black, gold and cherry Chapter One coffee table by Maitland-Smith hand made in Philippines (purchased new for approx. $1,000). Color of sofas appear faded in photo, however actual color is a true dark chocolate brown with no fading and only one minor damaged area to inside left arm (see photo of small round burn hole). Coffee table has minor marks and one white surface mark (see photo). Overall condition all pcs very good. Sofas are very heavy, must bring extra help to safely remove.
