Three original kitchen side chairs with sq seats remaining, plus four newly reuphol larger side chairs, each 23"Wx27"Dx32"H and one armchair rocker 23"Wx30"Dx32"H. Lot also incl one small rocker and one nesting step stool. Cond is very good, no tears in uphol except for underneath portion of original chairs. See photo.

Seller spent $9K to reupholster, replace springs and fittings, clean and repair woodwork. Imperial may be called to provide testament to work.
