Two vintage framed posters of the Zeppelin Hindenburg. Translation; In Two Days, North America, German Dirigible (Zeppelin) Line; pictures the Hindenburg flying over the NY Skyline with the top of the Empire State Building highlighted. The Hindenburg flew over NYC about an hour before it was destroyed by fire, while landing at Lakehurst, NY in May 1937. The name Hindenburg and the Nazi swastika have been dubbed out and replaced by a Maltese Cross. Professionally framed 34"T x 24"W. Second poster translation; In two days over the Ocean, German Dirigible (Zeppelin) Line. Depicts the Hindenburg overtaking a 17th century sailing vessel.
