Please bring proper help, tools and transportation. You must provide a $100 cash deposit to the storage location at the time of pickup. The deposit will be refunded to you if the unit is fully cleaned out by Friday, March 15 at 3PM. An appointment must be made for inspection of the unit for the deposit to be refunded in Cash, otherwise a check refund will be mailed. Please note that these storage doors are secured by a cylinder lock and are not padlockable. If the buyer wishes to use a company lock there is a $50 additional cash deposit as well for the lock and key.
